Cancellation Policy

For more than 1 day to the experience, you can rebook by contacting us directly. However, some experiences have special rules for rebooking, such as for overnight stays and experiences that require lengthy preparation, and there may therefore be some exceptions.

In case of less than 1 day to the experience, the experience cannot be rebooked. Please note that experiences often involve preparation that incur costs that must be covered, and therefore you cannot get your money back for the experience.

On the day: If something unforeseen occurs shortly before or on the day of the experience (such as illness), please contact the experience manager so that they know that you will not be attending. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Alternatively, you can transfer your ticket to someone else as a starting point
